Polat Catering has signed a multi-year in-flight catering agreement with one of the region's fastest-growing airlines, covering daily production of more than 25,000 meals at hub airports.
The contract follows the company's recent investment in a new aviation catering facility certified to international airline hygiene standards, with halal and special-diet production lines.
"Aviation is the most demanding segment of our industry — winning this contract confirms the standard our kitchens operate at," said the General Manager of Polat Catering.
