Qualified partners receive a defined exclusive territory in their agreement. As long as agreed performance targets are met, no second distributor is appointed in that territory.

What are the payment terms?+
Standard terms are letter of credit or cash against documents for initial orders, with open-account terms available to established partners. Details are agreed per sector.
